Backsavior Meat Lifting and Dumping Machine

Designed and manufactured by SWHIFT SYSTEMS, INC, the BACKSAVIOR has many advantages over existing lifts:

1. 100% stainless steel exterior enclosed to eliminate clean up water or product from getting inside.

2. Automatically controlled with manual override protection. When up or down cycle is initiated it follows through cycle automatically without the button being pressed continually by the operator. If there is an emergency the cycle can be stopped at any time.

Detail Description

* Description: Wall mount. 8 ea. ½ in holes for bolts or threaded rod.
* Dump height: 62in. to 68in.
* Size: 15in deep, 24in. wide, 72in tall.
* Weight: Approx 650 lbs.
* External structures: T-304 stainless steel (Includes shell, lifting assembly, meat cart, bearings and mechanical dump stop).
* Power: 1 ½ hp double reduction gear motor.
* Electrical; Specify 220 v. single phase or 3 phase.
* Positional adjustments: double limit switch safety design to insure safe operation.
* Operation; cycle is initiated with a momentary contact button. (Operator does not have to hold button for entire cycle.)
* Emergency stop; Operator may stop cycle at any time by pressing kill switch.
* Cycle time: Approx 20 sec.
Meat cart: approx 400 lb capacity. Has 4 ea. rubber coated stainless steel swivel castors for ease of movement.
Cycle counter: up to 9999
Life expentency: over 100,000 cycles.
Maintenance: Inspection every 2,000 cycles. Chain tension adjustment and lubrication as needed.
